Charles Frederick Cambridge, aged 32, a married farmer, was drowned yesterday through the capsizing of a boat used as a punt with a wire rope. The rope broke, causing the accident. Cambridge's father resides at Belfast, near Christchurch. TRAIN FATALITY. Waipawa, March IS. Henry Burkin, a single man, was killed at the railway crossing last night by the express train.
