The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following cablegram from their London house under date 12th instant: —"The sales are proceeding. As compared ■wit'h last cales closing rates prices are lower by about 5 per cent for medium and coarse greasy crossbreds. The demand on American account is restricted."
