ARCTIC EXPLORER'S SUICIDE. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received March 14, 12.55 a.m. Melbourne, Last Night. Bertram Armytage, a member of Shackle ton's expedition, committed suicide in his bedroom at the Melbourne Club. He was found lying dressed in evening clothes with hie Antarctic medals on his breast, clutching a Colt's revolver, ill his left hand. He had shot himself; through the forehead. No cause is assigned for the act.
