MASTER BAKERS' CASE. By Telegraph.—Pres» Association. Palmertsou North, Last Night. The Nfw Zealand Ma«t»r Bakers- association concluded its annual meeting here to-day, when the new officers elected were:—President, Mr Geo. Smerdon, Auckland; vice-president, Mr J. Norton, Lvttelton; secretory, Mr C. .T. Ivnox, Auckland; 'treasurer, Air A. Kent, Auckland; committee, Messrs W. Buchanan, J. Till, B. Lane, T .Hosking ( all of Auckland). The decision to change the whole executive from Wellington to Auckland was made on the reit-mg president, Mr W. A. Kellow, deciding that he could not accept re-election. Mr Kellow 'was founder of the Association, which he has conducted for the past nine years. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to hiin for his services to the Association. Buttle, of Wellesley street, was to-day charged .with selling indecent postcards and exposing them to public view. The Borough Council has decided to take a poll of the ratepayers on the question of raising a loan of £BOOO for installation of electric lighting.
