FARM AND DAIRY.
The Leppi-rton dairy factory is now turning out 10'/ 2 boxes of butter daily, as against nine boxes at this time last year. The farfory, which is quite up-to-date, and is fitted with a combined churn and butter-worker and a cream pasteuriser, is under the management of Mr. W. Roberts. The exceptional supplv o't grass for this season of the vcar is having the effect of preventing the sunply of milk falling off too ranidlv. The tests nvc also very satisfactory, ranging from 3.7 to 5.1, so that thorp is evenprospect of the season being n record one.
