THE DAVIS OUP. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Sydney, March 8. No challenge has yet been received from the British Isles in connection with the Davis Cup. Such challenge should have been received yesterday. ' At Kaponga on Saturday last the local tennis club were defeated by Opunake by 90 to 64. On the same day Hawera beat Manaia at the latter placp by ten matches to eight. Waverley Club beat Patea on Saturday by 8 sets against 7.
