Further riots have occurred at Philadelphia, and many rioters were badly clubbed by the police. Numerous' arrests were male, and some women were fatally shot. GUARDING THE MINT. Received March 8, 10.45 p.m. New York, Marcn ts. The strike leaders at Philadelphia are planning to extend the strike throughout Pennsylvania. The Federal Government is holding Federal troops and artillery in readiness to protect the mint.
