Bishop, S.M., that application would be made on March 18 to the Supreme Court for a writ of prohibition against further proceedings in the income tax case. . ~«•■• iii«!'W ''•''. The groirads stated in support of the application are that the Magistrate had MO jurisdiction to adjudicate, in that proceedings had not been commenced within three years after the date of the alleged offence.
