In the case against John Farrethy, charged with forgery, who failed to appear in the Supreme Court, Judge Cooper ordered his bail to be estreated, but he withdrew the order and postponed the hearing till next session, the surety to contribute to the cost of extradition if accused was arrested in a foreign country.
