A murder league has been discovered at Seoul, as the result of investigations regarding the attempted assassination of the Premier. A prisoner admits the plot, with a branch at Viadivostoek. to murder the Korean Cabinet and leading Japanese officials. The death of Prince Tto was connected with the scheme. Fifteen arrests have been made.
