ALLEGED CONSPIRACY
By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received March 7, 1.15 a.m. Melbourne, Last Night. Another development has occurred in the Ronald Harper case. Summonses have been issued against Robert Harper «nd William Harper (merchants), Walter Kemp and William Brocket (solicitors), Patrick Hill, and John Heatuley on a charge of conspiring to pervert and defeat law and justice and to unjustly influence the verdict of the jury in favor of defendant in the case.
