Summonses have been issued against Robert Harper «nd William Harper (merchants), Walter Kemp and William Brocket (solicitors), Patrick Hill, and John Heatuley on a charge of conspiring to pervert and defeat law and justice and to unjustly influence the verdict of the jury in favor of defendant in the case.
