BAR TO SETTLEMENT REMOVED. By Cable. —Frees Association.—Copyright Received March 7, 1.15 a.m. Sydney, Last Night. The bar to the settlement of the Newcastle mining trouble raised by the action of the "Tfnginedrivers' Association lias been removed. The association, m consequence of Mr. Justice Higgins' decision to deal with the whole matter of the Federal dispute, has resolved to waive all their claims in connection with the northern colliery dispute. This opens the way to_the Wages Board resuming proceedings.
