CANADIAN DISSATISFACTION. By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright Ottawa, Marcli 3. Sir Wilfrid Laurier, in the Dominion House of Commons, expressed himself impressed by Mr. Hughes' argument against sencling~a team to Bisley unless the new rule is withdrawn which declares that no service arm other than Great Britain's can be used unless in the hands of the British Rifle Association three months in advance. Mr. Hughes suggested that private companies had instigated the rule in order to discredit the Ross rifle. THE VICTORIAN TEAM. Melbourne, March 4. Victoria will be represented in the Bisley team by Reseigh, Williams and Armstrong. The team leaves on May 14 in charge of Major Paine.
