An avalanche swept the slope of Cascade Mountain at Everett, in the State oi Washington, burying two trains deep tinder the snow. Six hours elapsed before rescuers arrived. Twenty dead bodies were recovered. Many persons were injured and twentyfive are reported as missing. SIXT\ PERISH. ' - Received 3, 10.45 p.m. New York, March 3. Sixty perished in the avalanche reported from Everett.
