HAMILTON SESSIONS. , By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, Last Night. Ai the Supreme Court sittings to-day Harrv * Sinclair pleaded guilty to theft and breaking and entering, and was sentenced to six months' hard labor on each charge, cumulative on a senteace of eighteen months which he is now serving. Rudolf Ernest Koberstein, for theft of cattle, was sentenced to two ■ years' hard labor; Kenred Ernest Davey, theft, twelve months' hard labor; and Margaret Rtmciman, a girl of 17, was acquitted on a charge of con--tealment of birth. In this case the original charge was one of murder, but was reduced Tiy the Grand Jury. True bills were returned in the cases of John Mintern Paull. attempted miirde.'; George Mallinson, arson and theft; Namomi Adele Day Peacock, arson: Rore Rorc and Paddy Barlow (natives), theft of a beast.
