France has issued an ultimatum to the Sultan Mulai Hafid to ratify within 48 hours the agreements between El M'Skri, the Sultan's financial agent, ani M. Pichon, French Minister for Foreign Affairs. THE DEMANDS ACCEDED TO. Received 22, 9.30 p.m. Paris, February 22. . The Moorish envov at Paris informed M. Pichon that Mulai Hafid has ratified the French agreements.
