TARANAKI CHAMPIONSHIP ■ MEETING. The programme for the Taranaki championship meeting, which as usrial will take place on the Xgamotu links Muring the Easter holidays, is now n circulation. As well as the Taranaki amateur championship there is a. teams' match (for which a club may enter one or more teams), two men's bogey handicaps, a men's medal handicap, a driv ing and approaching competition, and a continuous putting competition. Entries close on March 23. The annual meeting of the Ngamotu Club will be held early next month. Members will have the benefit of a coach early in the season, for J. McCormick, an Auckland professional, will spend a fortnight here in April.
