WEST COAST CLUBS. By Telegraph.—Press- Association Grey mouth, Last Xight. A conference of delegates of West Coast racing clubs this evening had 31 applications for the position of starter for autumn meetings. There were eight delegates present. Several ballots wire taken, resulting in the field being reduced to two, Mr. H. Thompson (Christchurch) and Mr. Thos.f Keith (W Tanganui). The final ballot decided in favor of Air. Keith.
