STRATFORD NOTES.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) Stratford, February 17. Dame Rumor "wth it that there will be several candidates in the field for the Mayoralty and the names of Dr. Paget and llessrs J. Masters and N, King are mentioned. The Stratford Post Office is itft a particularly imposing edifice. External appearances might be condoned provided the internal arrangements were adequate.
