"ACADEMY" LIBEL CASE.
VERDICT OF XOT GUILTY. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright London, February 15. The Academy libel case resulted in a verdict of "not guilty'"' against T. VV. Crosland, assistant-editor and director of the newspaper. The action arose owing to differences between Lord Alfred Douglas and the Hon. Henry Manners Sutton, eldest son of Viscount Canterbury, and involved grave accusations of blackmail. The parties are well known in society circles.
