RUSSIAN DREADNOUGHTS
HUGE EXPENDITURE. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright London, February 15. The newspaper Rebus states cnai the Czar fcSs sanctioned the expenditure of a hundred million sterling fcr a naval scheme, chiefly for the construction of Dreadnoughts. A St. Petersburg correspondent says the Duma's early consent is improbable owing to the dissatisfaction with the naval administration, and adds as the Russian yards are overtaxed the new Dreadnoughts will probably be built abroad.
