True hills'were found in the following oases:—Rex v. Thos Powell and V. E. J. Lower, both for alleged supplying of illegal instruments; v. Frederick Oillett, alleged indecent assault; v. Claud;. Rotter, allowed perjury; v. W. Riley and C. Camvm, alleged breaking and entering; v. Roland Hayes and William Smith, alleged perjury; v. A. Muir. alleged theft; v. C. Retter, alleged assault and robbery; v. A. Connolly, alleged indecent assault: v. BoranoiT, alleged attempted carnal knowledge; v. W. B. V. Pearoe, alleged theft. Edward John Lcwor. charged with supplying illegal instruments, was ioimH not guilty.
