At the Police Court. Samuel Simon Warwick, a colored man, employed as a donkeyman on the steamer Whak.itane. admitted having unshipped dutiable goods to the value of about C 27, with intent to evade the payment of Customs dues. A fine of £3O was imposed. Sarah March, Warwick's confederate. who was arrested in his company wearing some of the goods, was convicted and fined £-25.
