IMMEDIATE PREVENTIVE MEASURES.

The Seine is rising a foot daily. The Government has ordered the immediate heightening of the parapets and the construction of dams at all Parislr.ii danger points. The streets in Passy aiiu Antciefl are again flooded. The Meuse is rising and the Liege county is i.ooded.
SWISS LAKES AT HIGHEST LEVEL.
AN INUNDATION FEARED.
