PRESIDENT TAFI'S NEW BILL. By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright Received Feuruary 8, 10.35 p.m. Washington, February 8. President Taft's Federal Incorporation Trusts Bill has been introduced. It enables corporations to secure a federal harter if they like, and thus submit themselves n> (lie strict supervision of the Bureau of Corporations. Though the trust:- ai:\.horisi.'d may acquire property, they are debarred from acquiring the stock of other corporations. The administration believes this will prevent stock manipulators of the Marriman type, but will permit of normal industrial centralisation.
