There is no mention of shipping subsidies or federal incorporation of business' enterprises. REPUBLICAN PROSPECTS. Received February 3, 9.25 p.m. London, February 3. The Times' New York correspondent states that owing to the concentration of forces behind President Taft, the Republican prospects at the congressional elections in November are brighter than was recently the caise.
