FALSE ALARMS.' By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Wednesday. Sixty false alarms of fire were given in Cliristehureii last year, 34 of which were accidental and due to line tauits, Ihe remainder being malicious'. 'There were two last night, as well as one genuine alarm.
