THEFT OF A CANNON.
ENTERPRISING RUSSIANS. By Telegraph.—Press' Asisociation. Received 2 10.50 p.m. St. Petersburg, February 2. A non-comroissioneil officer and three artillerymen of the Guard were sentenced variously from four to two years' imprisonment at St. Petersbuvg for stealing an obsolete field-piece and selling it as old metal.
