Received 1, 12.15 a.m. Melbourne, January 31. i A Cftble has been received from the London office of the New Zealand Shipping Company instructing the removal of the Papanui from the dock pending arrangements. A tender was recently accepted for ' £23,000 for repairs, provisionally on the directors ratifying it. What the arrangements referred 'o are is not stated. The vessel has been idle in dock for ten days and the doek dues amount to £IOO per day. The ,Papanui will anchor at the Bay, where she will float on her tank tops. She lias a hole in the fiull 25 feet long ■>} .sft wide.
