The Ameer I ,of Afghanistan was to be persuaded to J join the eoum-11. Provision was also made fo r a nouse of princes and a house of commons, to be established at Delhi. THE NEW ANTI-SEDITION PRESS ACT. Calcutta, January 26. A new Anti-seditious Press Act is being introduced in Podia. Gupta confessed that a .secret society had deputed him to murder the inspector.
