INGLEWOOD COMPANY. The annual meeting of shareholders of the Inglcwood Oil Boring and Prospecting Company, Ltd., will be held tonight. The following report will be sen ted:— Your directors, m accordance with resolution passed" at the extraordinary general meeting held on August 24,1I)!/!J, have had the plant stored and have also had the same thoroughly overhauled and put in good condition. Dr. Bell, in connection with the geological survey of Taranaki now being made, has already paid three visits to Inglewoor',, and Mr. ClarK, his assisant, is now tn gaged in making the geological iuv.-j. When this is completed, your dir'ctorf will probably be in a position to call i meeting of shareholders to consider same. You will require to elect three directors in place of Messrs Furlong, Gray, and Spencer, who re'tire in accordance with the articles Qf association. You will also require to elect an auditor. Air. Baily, the retiring auditor, again offers his services. ** OIL AfrD FREEHOLD CO. Me annual meeting of the Taranaki Oil and Freehold Co. will be held in the Town Hall this evening at 7.30.
