U.u night's programme will lie repealed this evening for the last time in New Plymouth, there being another compiHs change ou Thursday. Owing to the Liedcrtafel concert in the Theanv Itoyal on Wednesday, JR. Hewitt will show at Waitara on that evening. On Saturday next Mr. Hewitt is giving special benefit performances, afternoon and evening, in aid of the prize funds of the West End and frankle.v Road schools. The final rehearsal of the Society took place in the Whiteley Hall last night, when every number' went splcndidlv. The member* entered into their work as ii tlicy enjoyed it. Our readers who attend the theatre Royal to-morrow night can expect something good. The orchestra wild are assisting the Society have two line numbers, which give them plenty of scope. The box plan opened at the Col 1 ir-r and Colonial Piano Co. s office yesterday morning, and a very large number of seats have been booked already.
