Leo Boranolf, who described himself as a Russian exile, and who has been lecturing in various parts of the dominion on Russia was arrested at Rongotea yesterday. He was before the court here to-dav charged with attempting improper relations with a girt under 12 years of age, and was' remanded til l Monday. Bail was refused.
