A SUPERANNUATION SCHEME
FOR THE UNION S.S. CO. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A superannuation scheme has been ■iranged for the masters, officers and engineers in the employ of the Union Steamship Company. The directors lave decided to subsidise the scheme to ;he extent of £20.000, namely, £IOOO ash and £IOOO annually for ten years, frustees have been appointed as filows:—Captains D. J. Watson and A. [Vallis (representing deck officers), fi. R. Hisldp and H. S. Baldwin (representng engineers), and C. Houldsworth and r. V. Whitson (representing the Union Company). The age of retirement '<-r men who have been ten years or more in the company's service is to be 63 years.
