CANADA TO AUSTRALASIA.
B.t Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received November 20, 9.50 p.m. Ottawa, November 20. Representatives of trade iu Eastern Canada have applied to the Premier (Sir Wilfrid Laurier) for aid on behalf of the Toronto Imperial Export Company's projected steamship service between Montreal, Quebec, St. John, Halii'uv. Australia and New Zealand. The subsidy suggested is' £50,000, tor six voyages yearly.
