A Press cablegram received this morning from London states that the Queen of Spain is voyaging to England to visit her brother Leopold, who is very ill in a London nursing homo. Suill'-Ciiptiiiii anil Airs, tilillieroe, now of the Salvation Army People's Palace in Cuba Street, leave Wellington on Thursday morning for Elthain, where tliey will take charge of the new Roys' Home. Air. H. H. Prcshaw, of the local stall of the Bank of New South Wales, has received notice of transfer to the Auckland branch of the Bank, and leaves for his aew sphere in the course of a few days. Air. Frank At. Bell, of the staff of the Now Plymouth brunch of the Bank uf New South Wales, has received notice of transfer to Auckland. For nine yens past Air. Bell has held a position locally, and clienU will regret the change, although hoping it will prove to his benefit.
