INDIAN LABOR IN NATAL.
A COMMISSION'S REPORT. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received November 21, 5.5 p.m. Capetown, November 20. Natel's commission of inquiry reports that several industries owe their existence to indentured Indian labor. Many 'of the complaints against such labor are unfounded. Nevertheless the Commission recommends confining immigration to indentured labor in the form that all arrangements should be made for repatriating them when their contracts expire.
