Mills and Sparrow, dated Ist October, IUUO: Tihe weatucr has continued very wet, which has' had a rather depressing effect on trade, and butter has been a slow sale this week, with the exception of strictly choicest quality. Danish: Tho shipments to this country were 3700 casks less than the previous "week, and had the demand been keener, we should no doubt have seen rather a smart advance, but as it is, the quotation lhas only been raised one kroner.
Irish: Tho quality this week is not at all up to the best standard, and prices have Buffered in consequence French: The demand continues fairly good, especially for the best qualities, but it hardly justifies an adva.ice m prices, although the position on tin other side is firm. •Siberian: Arrivals) this week amount to ulbout 1)000 casks. The finest grades havo met a fairly good demand, b it lie trade has been very dragging on seconds, and a fair quantity remains unsold.
