PREFECT OF POLICE ASSASSINATED ByOaDie.—Press Association.—topyrigac Buenos Ayres, November 15. A youthful anarchist, apparently a Russian, threw a bomb in Calloa street, Buenos Ayrcs, killing Sennr Pa Icon Prefect of Police, and his secretary, who were driving past. The murderer was prevented from committing suicide. Martial law has been proclaimed in Buenos Ayres owing to the existence ot anarchism and to the assassination of Senor Falcon.
