THE INTER-STATE FOUR*. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Acting under instructions from nis management committee. Mr. A. 1). Bayfield, hon. secretary to the New Zealand Amateur Rowing Association, cabled to Hobart this morning asking when the inter-state fours was to be rowed. This afternoon lie received a reply that, the race has been fixed for 23rd* February. It is proposed to send a crew from New Zealand.
