Dean 1-itcliett seconded the motion. He was anxious to bear the Synod make a definite pronouncement oil the subject. After discussion it was decided (bat the Synod suggest to the General Synod that an ell'ort be made to establish a facility of theology for the Anglican Church in New Zealand or Australia.
