STATE PARTICIPATION IN TUOFITS By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyrigi Ottawa, October 22 The Canadian Government proposes to introduce an Insnrnnrc Bill permitting foreign companies to do fire business in Canada on the payment of 15 per cent, of their net. premiums. The protest is laised that the Government is doing an injustice to Canadian companies in permitting outside associations to do business in the Dominion without the deposition of twenty thousand sterling.
