CAPITAL AND LABOR.
NEW PROBLEMS L\ FRANCE By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyrigfl Received 11,11 run, Paris, October 11. M. Brland, the French Premier, speaking iit Perigneaux, announced that the Bill to pension female worker.'', promoted by the Peasant Women's Association raised new problems in connection witli capital and labor. Trade unions had no more right than individuals to impose their will to the detriment of th* community. He did not believe the conflict between capital and labor was bound to be eternal. He looked to some form of profit-sharing to provide a solution of the problem. The Republican Party must free itself of parochial interests. The Ministry, he said, would not remain in office beset by petty intrigues.
