The newspaper Lokal Anzciger states that Count Zeppelin is arranging for the construction of an airship to accommodate from 30 to 40 passengers, and that be proposes to establish a service to the North Sea watering-places mid Copenhagen, and eventually to establish a service to England. A RUSSIAN ALLOCATION. St. Petersburg, October 5. The war estimates at St. Petersburg include a quarter of a million sterling for aviation.
