PREPARATIONS FOR HIS HOMECOMING. By Telegraph.-—-Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. A meeting was held this afternoon to make arrangements ior t'ne reception to Sir Joseph Ward on his arrivui uy the Challenger on Thursday week, it was decided that the reception take place in the Albert Park, that Sir Joseph lie escorted thither by a guard of honor and bands, und that he be presented with an illuminated address.
