FIRE IN WELLINGTON.

BIG BUILDIXG GUTTED. BRIGADE DOES CQOD WORK. By Telegraph.—Press Association. _ Wellington, Wednesday. . About hall-past 2 o'clock this morning «t fire 'broke out in the upper portion of the four-storey brick building in Victoria street at tho rear of the Open House and facing the Town lLill.
