DAIRY FACTORY OUTPUTS

TRANSACTIONS REPORTED. The butter-Buyers havs been more successful during the past week, and have induced several directorates to dispose of the coming season's outpu*. The following transactions are reported:- F Omata Dairy Co., sold to Messrs Trengrouse rfnd Co., at 10% d. North Taranaki Dairy Co. (Waitara i, sold to Messre Nathan and Co., at l(K 4 d per lb.

Oakura Dairy Co., sold to Messrs Pear*on and Kuttcr, at 10 11-lGd per ib. Hillsborough Dairy Co., sold to Mess'sCollett and Co., on a guarantee of 10% 1, anything obtained above that price "t» be shared between the factory and the firm in the usual proportion of twothirds and one-third respectively. Lowgarth Dairy Co. (cheese), sold to Messrs Lonsdale and Co.,\t a minimum of 5 3-lOu per !b., the firm guaranteeing at the same time that the returns shall always be equal to the prices quoted in the High Commissioner's cable.

Okato Dairy Co. is reported to have sold either to .Messrs Lonsdale and Co. or .Messrs Nathan and Co. at 10% d per
