McGrath, manager of the Maty 6treut brewery, was lined £3O to-day lor selling and delivering beer inside the no-license area. The practice was for & buyer to sign a declaration that th* kieer was to be consumed outside the area, but the Court held that beer must be actually delivered over the border.
