A UAWERA APPEAL ALLOWED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Monday. Tn the Hawera appeal case, James J. Camp'bcll v. the Official Assignee ,in the estate of Robert Buckman, Mr. Justice Cooper said the District Judge had characterised the transaction in the case as a gross fraud, but lie (Mr. Justice Cooper) was unable to come to the same conclusion. The appeal would be allowed, with fifteen guineas costs, and the motion heard in the District Court | reversed with ten guineas costs.
