'Plaintiff claimed for the reciskm of n. contract to purchnso 305 acres at Irliunabnu ion the ground that the boundaries had been WTOngly indicated, and that there waß much more bnsh and swamp land in tho block than ne was led to expect. As an alternative, he claimed £I2OO damagvs. Tho special juTy, after a retirement of an hour, returned o. verdicU ifor plaintiff for £BOO and costs on the highest scale.
